Whenever you interact with the AmplePoints Service, we and third-party advertisers and/or service providers may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect information about how you access and use our Service ("Usage Information"). Usage Information may include, in part, your browser or device type, your operating system, the page served, the time, the preceding page views, and your use of features or applications on the Service, such as entertainment content viewing history, interaction with friends and group activities, AmplePoints Reward Timers programs history usage and your location (if you consent to enabling of location based services). This information helps us keep the Service fresh and interesting to our visitors and tailor content to a visitor's interests.

We also automatically collect your IP address or other unique identifier ("Device Identifier") for the computer, mobile device, technology or other device you use to access our Service. A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your device when you access a web site or its servers, and our computers identify your device (including its location by its Device Identifier.

INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTIES

We may receive information about you from third parties. One illustration of this situation is if you are on another website and you opt-in to receive information from us. That website may send us your email address and other information so we can contact you as requested.

We use the information we collect about and from you for a variety of business purposes, including to provide you with access to certain features or programs of the Service, including our Reward Timers programs and other promotional activities; communicate with you about your account and activities using our Service; respond to your questions and requests; tailor and serve advertisements [or content], and offers we serve you; improve our Service; process your transactions; and for our internal business purposes. FOCUSED ADVERTISING; HOW TO OPT-OUT

To empower you, our technology is designed to serve you with a menu of product advertisements aligned with the interests and preferences you shared with us. We may use third parties to serve these advertisements. We may also use third party analytics vendors to evaluate and provide us with information about the use of our Service. We will not share Personal Information with these vendors unless you have expressly authorized us to do so. REFERRAL PROGRAMS

We may allow friends to be referred to our Service via email or social networking platforms. If you refer a friend, we will collect the name and email addresses of your proposed referrals to send the email on your behalf. 2. PRIZES :

   All prize will be awarded in "as is" condition, with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. 3. HOW TO ENTER :

     Visit AmplePoints.com and complete and submit the official entry form. All online entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period;

     Only one entry per person is permitted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced entries.

4. DRAWING / ODDS OF WINNING :

10. APPLICABLE LAW :

    These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. Account Deletion

Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and associated data from our platform. To initiate the account deletion process, users can contact our customer support from website Contact Us page.

Upon receiving a request for account deletion, we will delete the account and associated data from database.

Please note that some data may be retained for a period of up to 90 days as required for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, or resolving disputes.

Once the 90-day retention period expires, the remaining data will be securely deleted from our systems. Please note that during this retention period, the data will be subject to the same security measures and protections as outlined in this privacy policy.
